How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a project estimate, and provide support. Project inquiries are delivered to our team over Telegram so we can respond quickly.

The inquiry assistant

Our inquiry assistant is powered by a large language model hosted on Google Cloud Vertex AI. The messages you send in that conversation are processed to structure your project brief. Do not share passwords or sensitive personal data in the chat. You can always use the plain form instead.

Analytics and consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic. It loads only after you accept analytics in our consent banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies or scripts are loaded. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy settings link in the footer.

Data security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of processors to operate the site (for example Google Cloud for the inquiry assistant and Telegram for lead delivery). They access your data only to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.
